Our Cancellation Policy
We encourage all clients to try a service before committing to a course of treatment.
We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy, this must be completed within business hours via telephone.
After this time period, you will lose your deposit / course treatment.
If you are unable to attend a treatment, please contact us via phone within 48 hours and we are happy to rearrange your appointment.
